Methodology
Each firm in the PressGEO local index is checked hourly against city-specific buyer questions (for example, "best roofer in Phoenix") on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot. A firm counts as "named" if any engine cited it at least once in the 90-day window. Firms not yet checked are excluded, never counted as invisible. Prompts never include the firm's name.
