PressGEO, Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us through our contact page and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or via the customer portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
